Well, this is it. I’m doing the THM 100 day challenge. It’s been ten whole days. I did have one meal that might actually have been a crossover or borderline. And I did go one measly meal off plan. And it wasn’t even that tempting but I went out to eat dinner with my daughter before she was to fly out for international travel for the next two weeks. And she wanted to split a meal. It wasn’t too bad off plan, just a few tortilla chips with it. Everything else has been 100%. I am wanting to start adding a little exercise next week. And I need to read up again about Fuel Cycles and maybe add one of those in my schedule.
But here’s the numbers…
Since last Wednesday, I have lost 2.4 pounds. AND…I went shopping this week and bought a size large. Not 1X. And not XL. A large. Woo-hoo. I’m getting there!!!
