Just a quick accountability post. During the past week I only lost .4. I’m okay with that though. Know why? Well, they say confession is good for the soul so….
This past weekend I went off plan a little. Saturday night I went out of town shopping with my oldest daughter and a friend. And of course, we went out to eat too. Then Sunday, I was determined to get back on plan. Then we went out Sunday night and even though I had a salad, I realized later that my salad was probably more of a crossover. Then came Monday. Usually that would mean back to routine. But instead I took my two youngest boys on a long-awaited field trip – Legoland!!! The day was all about them. I didn’t even take my camera. And I didn’t want to have them hear me complaining about trying to stay on plan.
So to have lost any weight after that, I’m good. And now I’m back 100%.
I feel better. I have a little more energy. I can tell my stomach has gone down and my clothes are fitting as tight. I’m waiting to see a big improvement in my skin (especially due to the collagen I’ve incorporated).
And I’ve yet to get to exercising. BUT….I did open the T-Tapp envelope and look at all the goodies. And I have read all of the information. And I am ready to start. Probably tomorrow though since it’s already after 10pm.
I’m excited for this weekend. I don’t think I’ll be too tempted by Halloween and I’ll be ready for results for ONE MONTH on (almost 100%) plan!!! I took a before pic and measurements but not on the first so I’m not sure if I will do that and force everything to be the first of the month or wait a full month since I first did the measurements/pic.
I’m still using tons of recipes from my THM cookbook and I took the plunge and joined the online community. Some of my new favorite recipes this week were the Sloppy Joes (even my husband loved it!!) and the Green Fries. My daughter made some amazing Cowboy Cookies tonight but I don’t have the recipe for it; I think she found it on Pinterest.
