First, I’m sorry about missing last week. And I actually lost!!! Unfortunately, we’ve been having major internet connection out here in the country and finally got fed up and cut it off until we can find another provider. Until then, I’m at the mercy of when I have time to drag everything out to the library or a place with free wifi. That has been harder than I imagined only because I don’t have that much time and when I do have the time, places are closed. oh well.
Since I missed posting on January 27, here’s that update. I lost 4.4 pounds!!! EEEEKKKKK!!!!!
I contribute that to finally learning to listen to my body. I started craving E meals. Also, no S snacks after 9. I work nights so if I didn’t, I would stop S at probably 6pm. I also found that if I drink FP sippers during the night while at work, I lose better. Also, during this week, I had a little stomach bug but was over it a day or so before weigh-in.
And now for this week….
I’m down 2 pounds. Yea for consistency and finally losing again. After losing and gaining the same weight over and over during the holidays, I’m thrilled to be losing again.
This also makes a grand total of 25.4 pounds since I started last October. That is so exciting. I went shopping this past weekend and had to get a smaller size again. AND….BONUS….. even a smaller size shoe!!! And I even tried on heels again. I didn’t buy them. Maybe that will be a reward at 50 pounds. I’m thinking a cruise when I reach goal weight. Although I’m not really sure what goal weight is…..
I started the THM Challenge for 100 days on plan. So far, so good. I’ve passed up some major temptations but the support on the Facebook group is amazing and when I see others being successful, I know I can do this too.
